All accompanied personnel PCSing OCONUS must complete EFMP Overseas Screening before their Families can be Command Sponsored for travel using the E-FMP site: https://efmp.army.mil/EnterpriseEfmp/Home

Start as soon as orders are received, this can be a long process. Dependents can no longer travel on tourist passports, Special Issuance Passports (SIP) are now required for all countries.

Note: Please check with Deputy G1 about SIP requirements to travel via the ALCAN.

EUROPE (GERMANY / ITALY)

Note: If you are going to Italy, please do not wait. VISAs are required for Family travel to Italy after the SIP is received.
