The Warrant Officer courses provide rigorous, relevant education focused on Legal Administrator Core Competencies; build depth of technical knowledge and instruct students with practical application methodologies in the core competencies; increase awareness of responsibilities in law office management and leadership at various operational levels; build a cohesive class that demonstrates the principles of professionalism, teamwork, officership, and leadership; leverage members' experience to build sustainable network relationships; and instruct and foster a stewardship of the profession mentality that informs and drives mentorship.

To educate, train, develop, and inspire JAGC legal administrators across all components and services in the provision and support of premier legal services for a globally responsive and regionally engaged force.
