General Guidance: The 21st Basic Intelligence Law Course (BILC) will be held 28 July – 1 August 2025 at TJAGLCS, Charlottesville. This 4.5 day course is intended primarily for judge advocates and government civilian attorneys who are new to the field of intelligence law and who are assigned or pending assignment to a billet where the attorney will be advising on intelligence and intelligence-related activities. This course will be held at the SECRET and TOP SECRET levels. Please Note: If you are a DoD military or civilian member wishing to attend this course, you must complete the online application NLT Friday, 6 June 2025. Please complete the form to apply for the course and applicants will be notified of their enrollment status (admitted or waitlisted) NLT 20 June 2025.
