AR 15-6 Standardized Legal In-Brief

This video provides basic regulatory guidance to Investigating Officers (IO) who are appointed to conduct preliminary inquiries and administrative investigations pursuant to AR 15-6. This video is a complementary tool for the in-person legal briefing with the legal advisor and is not a substitute to the legal advisement requirements under AR 15-6. It will assist IOs in conducting investigations efficiently in a manner that meticulously adheres to the guidance and due process requirements outlined in AR 15-6.
