CPT David A. Estes, a judge advocate with U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa, teaches a class on targeting principles to soldiers from the Tunisian Armed Forces during rule of law academics in Bouficha, Tunisia, during African Lion 25. The exercise brought together over forty nations, including seven NATO allies and 10,000 troops to conduct realistic, dynamic and collaborative training in an austere environment that intersects multiple geographic and functional combatant commands.
