The “Mentorship Matters” podcast is part of The Quill & Sword series of podcasts created by The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS) in Charlottesville, VA. “Mentorship Matters” is hosted and produced by the School's Leadership Department with the vision of helping to create an engaged, inclusive, and accountable organization that empowers all members to lead with principled counsel and steward the profession through servant leadership. This podcast features interviews with leaders from across the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Retired JALS Personnel, Academic Leaders, and Army Senior Leaders. The interviews discuss how mentorship has affected their personal journey, their insights on leadership, and other relevant topics.
The Leadership Department was created in June of 2019 and is the premier leadership institute for the U.S. Army JAG Corps.
