The 1st Judge Advocate General’s Warrant Officer Advanced Course (Follow-On) (WOAC-FOS) will be held in person at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School from Monday, 27 October through Friday, 7 November 2025.
Two Weeks
This course educates Judge Advocate Warrant Officers to prepare them for assignment at or above the strategic level of command. Instruction is built around the Judge Advocate Warrant Officer core competencies and includes resource management, force management, security management, legal personnel management, legal systems integration and innovation, leadership, professional writing, and project management.
Warrant officers in the grade of W-3, or those selected for promotion to W-3 prior to 1 October 2025, may attend WOAC-FOS.
Complete and submit the course registration form at https://www.jagcnet.army.mil/LCSRegistration/event-register/1st-JAG-Warrant-Officer-Advanced-Course-2297. Course registration forms should be submitted no later than Friday, 3 October 2025. The 270A PME Course Manager will inform approved applicants of their enrollment into the course and provide further instructions.
All personnel wishing to attend this course must be enrolled through the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS). Your organization’s training coordinator can determine if your organization has seat allocations in ATRRS. If you do not have a training coordinator or have issues enrolling in the course, please contact the 270A PME Course Manager.
