Purpose
This course is by INVITATION ONLY to Department of Army attorneys who are serving in a federal labor and employment law position. Since this is an advanced course in federal labor and employment law, applicants should have more than three years of federal labor and employment law experience.
This course is designed to provide Department of Army attorneys a more detailed and in-depth instruction involving federal employment law. Core topics include, litigation strategies, alternative dispute resolution techniques, Executive Orders and litigation updates, e-discovery, case law updates and other hot topics.

Notification of Selection
Applications will be approved, disapproved, or waitlisted by COB on 24 April 2026. The course manager will inform approved applicants of their enrollment into the course and provide further instructions.
