Intermediate Trial Advocacy Course Banner

 

Prerequisites: This course is offered from 7 OCT to 11 OCT and is limited to judge advocates serving in trial or defense counsel positions. To qualify for ITAC, the judge advocate must have attended the New Prosecutor Course, BTAC, or its equivalent, or Defense Counsel 101. The judge advocate must have participated in a minimum of three contested courts-martial as either trial or defense counsel. Judge advocates who do not meet the prerequisites are encouraged to apply as exceptions may be made. Attendance at this course is by INVITATION ONLY, meaning that applications are considered and accepted at the discretion of the Course Manager. Self-registration is not authorized. Applications are due NLT 1 September 2024. Please note that approved applicants will be loaded into ATRRS and notified of their attendance and execution of the course NLT 16 September 2024.
