ABOUT US
The core mission of the Contract and Fiscal Law Department is to
prepare students to understand, identify, research, analyze,
resolve, and communicate fundamental contract and fiscal law
concepts. We strive to provide the best contract and fiscal law
instruction available within the DOD and the federal government to
various student populations, including the Judge Advocate Officer
Basic and Graduate Degree Program, Reserve Component Judge Advocate
Officer Advanced Course (JAOAC), General Officer Legal Orientation
(GOLO), Senior Officer Legal Orientation (SOLO), and various short
(1-2 weeks) courses in basic contract law, advanced contract law,
and fiscal law.
