2022 Procurement Fraud Advisors’ Course Application

PURPOSE: This course is offered 17 to 19 May 2022. This course provides basic instruction on the legal and practical aspects of developing an installation procurement fraud program. The course focuses on advising installation and agency contracting and investigatory personnel regarding procurement fraud matters, and proper and timely referral of procurement fraud matters to appropriate agencies.17-19 May 2022
PREREQUISITES: Military attorneys, civilian attorneys employed by the U.S. Government, or non-attorney investigative personnel employed by the U.S. Government who have been detailed as procurement fraud advisors or procurement fraud and irregularities coordinators, or who are expected to serve in such capacity (or investigative personnel performing procurement fraud investigations as a significant part of their duties).
LOCATION: All classes and panels will be held live using the ZoomGov platform. It will be the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they have access to, and familiarity with, the Zoom Client for Meetings application (https://zoomgov.com/download). Attendees will be required to provide their own computer or digital device (e.g. laptop, tablet, etc.), and internet connection capable of accessing JAG University and Zoom. Please ensure you are able to meet the technology requirements before registering for this course. TJAGLCS will NOT provide devices or IT services for students in this course.
APPLICATIONS:
- All Department of Defense personnel should apply for this course through the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS). Your training coordinator for your command or agency can determine if a seat is available through ATRRS. If your organization does not have available seats, students must enroll on the ATRRS waitlist. Applicants who do not meet course requirements may be removed from the ATRRS waitlist by the course manager to ensure qualified applicants are afforded an opportunity to attend the course. Once enrolled, students will be notified via ATRRS.
- Non-Department of Defense personnel may complete the course application available below to be approved for enrollment by exception (enrollment is NOT guaranteed).
- DEADLINES: All waitlist and non-DoD applications are due by COB on Friday, 29 April 2022. Applicants will be notified of their enrollment status (admitted or waitlisted) NLT Friday, 6 May 2022. All application fields are required. If not applicable, complete with N/A. Department of Defense personnel applications submitted using the below form will not be considered.
